We recommend to iron the clothes inside out.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
We process your order directly. If you order before 4 p.m. on a workday, the order will be sent on the same day with PostNL and you will receive the article within 72 hours at the address you specified (within the Netherlands).
WANT TO KNOW WHEN AN ITEM IS BACK IN STOCK?

No, the items in the shopping cart are not reserved. The moment the order is completed and paid for, you have reserved your item.
I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL NOR ANY ORDER INFORMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of the order. Sometimes it takes a bit longer because of workload. CAN I RETURN MY ARTICLE?
Yes, that is possible. IMPORTANT: The items must be in original condition. Follow the instructions in the returns portal. Send the items back within 14 days of receipt. For more information go to our returns page.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS IF I RETURN SOMETHING?
